Reminder that stretch class with Celeste is this Sunday from 1-1:45pm!

Warm-up:
5 Inchworm
10 Bootstrapper
200m Run
8 Spiderman lunge
10 Bird dog
16 Speedskater
10 Scorpion
4 Burpee step up
2 Burpee box jump
10 Top down sumo deadlift
Spend 4 minutes warming up Sumo deadlift

WOD:
Every 4 minutes for 20 minutes (5 sets)
10 Sumo Deadlift (Choose a load that allows you to go UB)
200m Run
10-15 Burpee box jump (24/20″)
Goal is :60-:90 rest. Scale as needed.

Mobility:
1:00 Lying knee twist
1:00 Straddle
