A) 10 minutes to build to a heavy 2 rep power clean.

B) 100 Hang power cleans for time (135/95#)
At the start of every minute including the first minute perform 7 pull-ups (scale to 5 or 3).
*16 minute time cap.

Mobility:
2 minute double lax ball to t-spine
1:00 happy baby
1:00 standing straddle
