10 Spiderman lunge
5 Tuck up
5 V-up
:30 Wrist stretch
5 Burpee

WOD:
Every 3:30 for 21 minutes (6 sets)
5-10 Strict toe-2-bar
*DB carry (50/35#. 150m)
Rounds 1&2 Front rack carry
Rounds 3&4 Mixed front rack/suitcase carry
Rounds 5&6 Farmers Carry

If you did Thursday’s workout you have the option of doing a 1 minute plank hold instead of T2B
