Warm-up:
4 Inchworm
8 Bootstrapper
10 Curtsy lunge
8 Superman
8 V-up
14 Speed skater
6 Feet together air squat
6 Lateral box jump
150m Run
4 Deep squat complex

A) Back Squat
Set 1: 5 @ 55%
Set 2: 4 @ 65%
Set 3: 3 @ 75%
Set 4: 2 @ 85%
Set 5: 1 @ 90%
Set 6: 1 @ 95%
* 14 minutes including warm-up for all 6 sets.

B) 10 minute AMRAP:
6 Roll to candlestick (use a mat to scale or sub feet together air squat)
12 Lateral box jump over (20/18″) Scale to smaller box or step-overs
150m Run

Mobility:
1:00 Straddle
1:00 Couch
