Skill: Snatch Push Press 3-3-3-3
If you are new to the movement stick with an empty barbell. (8 minutes)

WOD:
EMOM x 10
5 Squat Snatch (95/65, use a weight that is 50% or less of 1RM)
Max Lateral Burpees in remaining time.
Score is burpee total.
