A) Back Squat
15 minutes including warm-up
Use the same loads as last week.

B) For time:
8-6-4-2 Power Snatch (115/80 or ~65% of 1RM power snatch)
20/15 Unbroken wallball (10/14#, minimum of 10 even if they are broken)
10 minute cap
