A) Every minute for 3 minutes:
Hang snatch @ 70-75%

Every :90 for 6 minutes:
Hang snatch + Snatch @ 80-85%

Every 2 minutes for 6 minutes:
Snatch pull + Snatch @ 90-95%

B) For time:
12-15-9
Deadlift (225/155 or ~50% of 1RM)
Ring Dips (Dip negatives or parallette dips)
*10 minute cap

Mobility:
2:00 Dbl lax ball to t-spine
1:00 Lying knee twist
