A) Front squat
10 minutes to build to a heavy double
then
Max set with 80% of todays heavy double

B) 2 RFT:
800m run
40 pullup (Jumping pullup)
20 Hang power clean & jerk (135/95#)
22 minute cap. Scale run or pull-ups to complete in under 22 minutes.

Mobility:
3 minutes pigeon each side

Mobility: 3:00 Pigeon (each side)
