Warm-up:
10 Leg swings
75′ for all of the following:
Bear crawl
High knees
Butt kicks
Bunny hop
Walking Sampson lunge
Burpee broad jump
then
4 DB burpee
8 Single leg T2B
4 DB step up
20 DU/30 SU

WOD: 5-7 Rounds for time of:
8 DB burpee (Rx-50/35#, scale as needed)
16 Single leg T2B/Knee raise
8 DB box step up (Rx-50/35#, 24/20″, scale as needed)
48 DU (96 SU)
1 minute plank hold
*28 minute cap.

Mobility:
5 Minute foam roll
