Warm-up:
4 Inchworm lunge
10 Bootstrapper
5 Up down dog
8 Push up
10 Bird dog
20 Fire hydrant
4 Spiderman lunge
20 Mountain climber

WOD: 4-5 sets for max load
5 Bench Press
5 Deadlift
150m Farmers Carry (heavy)
Build in weight on each set of bench and deadlift.
Rest as needed between each set.
*25 minute cap.

Mobility:
:30 Child’s pose
:45 Twisted cross
:45 Lying knee twist
