WOD:
Spend 8 minutes building to a moderately heavy set of: 6-8 Deadlift and Benchpress
then
Every 3 minutes for 18 minutes (6 sets)
6-8 Deadlift*
6-8 Bench press*
Same load for all 6 sets.
