Warm-up:

3 Deep squat complex
1:00 Bike
1:00 Row
16 Speedskater
5 Muscle clean
5 Front squat
5 Tall clean
4 Up down dog

WOD:
A) Every 2 minutes for 14 minutes
2 Clean
Build over the course of 7 sets

B) EMOM x 8 minutes
Odd: Max calorie row
Even: Max calorie bike
Record calories for each of 4 sets.

Mobility:

:30 Straddle L/R/M
