WOD

Warm-up:
10 PVC passthrough
4 Inchworm pushup
10 T-spine opener
5 Prone IYT’s w/ 2 second hold
5 Push press
5 Pause jerk
5 Jerk
10 Ring row
30 Jumping jax
6 Burpee over bar
1-2 BMU or 3-5 pullup

WOD:
A) Every 2 minutes for 6 minutes
2 Pause jerk (This can be a split or push jerk)
then
Every 2 minutes for 6 minutes
1 Jerk
Build over the course of all 6 sets.

B) 5 RFT of:
3 BMU (Sub 2 pullup + dip per BMU)
6 Push press (Rx-105/75)
12 Lateral burpee over bar
*10 minute cap.

Mobility:
:30 Child’s pose
:30 Thread the needle
:30 Archer in saddle
