3 person team WOD!
22-minute AMRAP of:
Station 1: Assault bike calories (alternate every 10m/7w)
Station 2: Burpee to a plate (45#)
Station 3: DBL KB hold in front rack (heavy)

Rotate through each station as a team with one person biking 10/7 cals on bike, one performing burpees to a plate and the other holding KB’s or DB’s in the front rack position.

Mobility: 5 minute general foam roll
