Heel/toe walk
Walking scales (Kick up then kick back taking a step in between each one)
Bear crawl
High knees
Butt kicks
Carioca
Apple pickers
Walking lunge
Burpee broad jump
then
4 Inchworm
3 Deep squat complex
20 SU
10 DU or DU attempt

WOD:
EMOM x 24 minutes (6 sets)
Minute 1: Max rep Assault bike calorie
Minute 2: Max rep Burpee
Minute 3: Max rep Double under/Single under
Minute 4: Rest

Mobility:

1:00 Standing forward fold
1:00 Puppy
