 Skill: Handstand walks

WOD: 4-5 Intervals

10 Push Press (115/80, 95/65, 75/50)

20 KB Swing (70/53)

Use a weight that allows you to go unbroken at least on the first few intervals. 10 Ring Push-ups (scale to hand release push-ups)

Rest 90 seconds
