A) Every 2 minutes for 14 minutes (7 sets):

Snatch pull + Snatch


B) Team Sled Pull

In teams of 3-4 perform a 12 minute AMRAP of 150′ sled pulls.

Use a weight that allows you to move fast!

Mobility: 1:00 Lying knee twist (each side)

1:00 Happy baby

1:00 Childs pose
