8 minutes to build to a heavy thruster

then

“Partner Kalsu”
100 Thrusters for time (135/95# or 65-70% of heavy thruster)
At the start of every minute perform 5 burpees together. Perform as many thrusters in remaining time with 1 partner working at a time.
*30 minute cap.
