Warm-up:
150m Run
5 Yoga pushup
10 T-spine opener
10 Scorpion
4 Inchworm lunge
7 Pushup + scap pushup
75′ Bear crawl
75′ Burpee broad jump
150m Run

WOD:
Every 4 minutes for 20 minutes (5 sets)
12 Bench press (Go heavier than last week, 072022 )
400m Run (Scale to 300m)

Mobility:
:45 Roll IT band
:45 Iron cross
:45 Lat roll
