WOD:
25 minutes to establish a 1RM Back Squat
Have a plan in place and be ready to PR!

Suggested sets:
1×5 @ 50%
1×3 @ 60%
1×2 @ 70%
1×1 @ 80%
1×1 @ 90%
1×1 @95-97%
1×1 @100+%
Rest 2-2:30 on first few sets then switch to longer rests on last few sets (3-4 minutes).
