A) 12 minutes to build to a heavy hang to overhead
(hang snatch or hang clean & jerk)

B) Team Sled pull
In teams of 3-4 perform a 10-minute AMRAP of 150′ sled pulls.
Use a weight that allows you continuously move with no stops.

Mobility:
1:00 archer each side
1:00 thread the needle each side
1:00 twisted cross each side
