150m Run
10 Pull-up
10 DB Thruster (50/35#)
While P1 runs 150m, P2 performs 10 PU & 10 thruster. If P1 returns before P2 is finished with the couplet they must wait to begin couplet. If P2 completes couplet before P1’s return from run they must wait to run.
