Single Leg Singles (switch halfway)
Knee Raise
Shoulder Taps in Pike
Doubleunders
Single Leg T2B
Pike Box Walk Around (switch halfway)

WOD:
A) EMOM x 12 (6 sets)
Odd: 20-50 DU (DU attempts no more than :45 or :45 SU)
Even: 6-12 Alternating Single Leg T2B (scale to single leg knee raise or single leg extensions in a tuck-up position)

B) 8:00 AMRAP
2 Pike box walk around (1 left and 1 right)
150m Run (30 Mountain cliimber and 30 Side step overs)

Mobility:
1:00 Dwikonasana (Standing forward fold with hands clasped behind back and elevated)
