Warm-up:
5 Walk outs + pushup
10 PVC halo
10 PVC pass through
10 Wall shoulder circles (5 each side)
4 Burpee step-over
2 Burpee box jump over
5 BTN push press
5 Front rack push press
:10 Dead hang + 5 Lat pull
8 Scales (4 each side)
3 DSC
3-5 Pullup

WOD:
A) 10-10-10
Push Press Building
10 minutes including warm-up.

B) For time:
21-15-9
Pullup (Scale to banded pullup or jumping pullup)
Burpee Box Jump (Rx-28/24″, Scale I-24/20, Scale II-20/18 or step-up)
*14 minute cap.

:30 Puppy (L/R/M)
