10 Cossack squat
P1- 4 DSC/P2- Row
10 Tuck up
10 Iron cross
P1- 10 BB lunges/ P2- Jumping jax

Partner WOD:
5-6 Rounds each
10 Front Rack Lunge (Rx-135/95, Scale as needed to maintain UB sets)
250/200m Row
10 Burpee over erg
P1 completes a round, P2 rests during lunge and burpee, but must hold a plank while partner rows.
*30 minute cap.

1:00 Couch stretch
