A) Front Squat
Every 2:30
3 reps @ 80-85%
2 reps @ 85-90%
1 reps @ 90-95%
3 reps @ 85-90%
2 reps @ 90-95%
1 reps @ 95-100%

B) 7 RFT:
3 Power cleans (185/125, 135/95, 95/65, or 70-75%)
6 Lateral burpees
9 Pull Ups
