A) Every 2 minutes for 12 minutes (6 sets)
2 Back Squat w/ 3 second pause on bottom
*Loading should be heavier than last week.

B) July Challenge!
5 minute AMREP of: Single arm OH DB walking lunge (50/35, 35/25, 25/15)
*Must turn and alternate arms every 25′. Record total distance covered.

C) Partner max meter row in 8 minutes. Alternate with partner as needed in order to accumulate as many meters as possible.
