Partner Relay Run 200m x 2 (P1 runs 200 then P2 runs 200 then repeat)
4 Rope climb (3 strict pullup/ring row & 3 T2B/knee raise for each climb)
36 DB snatch (Rx-50/35, Scale I-35/25, Scale II-25/15)
