A) 8-8-8-8 Back Squat
14 minutes including warm-up.

B) Every 3:30 for 10:30 (3 sets)
Run 150m x 2
18 KB/DB walking lunge (Use a load that allows you to go UB, but is challenging)

Mobility:
3:00 Frog
