5 Up down dog
10 Scales
10 Superman
10 Single leg v-up
8 Top down deadlift
4 Power clean w/ 1/2 squat
4 Power clean w/ 1/4 squat
6 Wide grip push-up
4 Deep squat complex

WOD:
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
Bench Press
Power Clean
*Use a weight ~65-70% of max on each movement. This is a strength WOD and NOT for time.

1:00 Eagle
