A) Snatch grip deadlift + Hang power snatch + OHS
12 minutes to build to a heavy triple.

B) EMOM x 10 (5 sets each)
Odd: 4-8 Pull-up & Dip or 3-5 Muscle-up
Even: 3-6 Strict handstand pushup
*Choose a volume that allows you to focus on quality movement.
