Warm-up:
3 Inchworm lunge
10 Wall squat
then
2 Rounds of:
:30 Bike
:30 Tuck up
:30 DB front squat (Use a weight you can go UB with)
:30 Jumping jax

WOD:
EMOM x 27 (9 Rounds)
Minute 1: :45 Max Air bike calorie
Minute 2: 6 DB Front squat (determined in warm-up)
Minute 3: 6-12 T2B/Knee raise

Mobility:
1:00 Couch stretch
