8 Spiderman lunge
5 Up/down dog
8 Top down deadlift
6 Muscle clean
4 Deep Squat complex
5 Clean & jerk
A) 12 minutes to build to a heavy
Clean & Jerk (This can be a power clean or squat clean and a push or split jerk)
We will be using this # over the next several weeks.
B) Team Sled pull
In teams of 3-4 perform a 10 minute AMRAP of 150′ sled pulls.
Use a weight that allows you continuously move with no stops.
