P2 Burpees until P1 is done
then switch
3 minutes to warm up pullup/dip or MU
2 minutes to warm up Bench to starting load
WOD:
A) 5 minute AMREP:
Muscle ups (Bar or rings)

B) Partner WOD:
20 minute AMRAP:
7 Bench Press (Build first 3 sets then maintain)
