2 Shuttle run
8 Up down to a target

WOD:
20 minute AMREP
50′ Shuttle run 1-2-3-4-5… (25′ WIDTH of room and back)
Abmat sit-up 10-10-10-10-10…
Burpee to a target 6″ above reach 2-4-6-8-10…

Mobility:
1:00 Foam roll calf
1:00 Roll IT band
1:00 Roll T-spine
