Warm-up:
:30 Jog in place
10 T-Spine rotation (5 each side)
10 Up/downs
10 Skater jump
10 Bent over row (5 each side)
10 Single DB clean (5 each side)

WOD: 5 Rounds of:
1 minute max rep Strict Pullup (sub ring or sheet rows)
:30 rest
:30 Max rep DB Hang power clean (50/35#) & :30 Front rack hold (sub knee to elbow/up downs + wall squat hold)
:30 rest
1 minute max rep burpee box jump (24/20″)
:30 rest

Mobility:
1:30 Straddle
