6 Front Squat

WOD:
A) In 8 minutes, build to a heavy Front Squat

B) 3 Rounds, each for time, of:
15 Push Jerk (115/80, 95/65, 75/55)
15 Ring Row
400m Run
1 minute rest after each round

*15 minute cap

Mobility:
1:00 Twisted Cross
1:00 Puppy
