5 Lateral burpee step-over

EMOM x 24 (6 sets)
Minute 1: 10-16/6-12 Calorie Air Bike
Minute 2: *Max UB set of Thruster or Front rack lunge
Minute 3: Max Lateral Burpee
Minute 4: Rest
*Alternate each round between Thruster and Front rack lunge (Rx-95/65, Scale I-75/50, Scale II-50/35)
