200m Run
8 Burpee box jump over (28/24″)
16 KBS (53/35#)
10 Wallball (20/14#, 11/10′ target)
20 Russian twist (35/25# DB)

*24 minute cap.
If round 1 takes more than 4:15 minutes scale to 4 rounds.
If round 1 takes less 3:15 increase run to 300m.

Mobility:
5 minute general foam roll
