Every 2:30 for 10 minutes (4 sets)

7 Front squat (Set 1 @60%, building if possible. These are from the floor)

14 T2B (Knee raise)

Rest 3 minutes

Every 2:30 for 10 minutes (4 sets)

14 Front rack reverse lunge (135/95# or ~75%)

7 Floor press (~80% of bench)

1:00 Lizard

1:00 Saddle
