Warm-up:
3 Inchworm pushup lunge
200m Run
75′ Bear crawl
75′ Walking Samson lunge
10 Scap pushup
10 Floor slide
4 Up down dog
5-10 Push up
1:00-1:30 T-spine foam roll during WB talk

WOD:
A) 5-5-5-5-5 Bench Press
*14 minutes building.

B) Every 3 minutes for 12 minutes (4 sets)
400m Run
If your first 400 takes longer than 2 minutes, scale to 300m. Record time for each effort.

Mobility:
:45 Twisted cross
:45 Low dragon
