A) Front Squat
3-2-2-1-1
then
6 reps with 80-85% of today’s heavy single
15 minutes including warm-up.

B) Partner WOD
3 RFT of:
400m Run (partners run together)
30 Squat clean thrusters (115/80, 95/65, 75/50, 55/35)
30 Pull-ups
One partner working at a time, except for runs.

Mobility:
1:30 cross shin forward fold each side
1:30 figure four each side
