3-5 Pullup
2 Man maker
4 DB snatch
6 DB strict press

Partner WOD:
2 Rounds for max reps
P1 Run 200m while P2 completes AMREP *DB man-maker
then switch
P1 Run 200m while P2 completes AMREP Pullup
then switch
P1 Run 200m while P2 completes AMREP DB snatch
then switch
P1 Runs 200m while P2 completes AMREP DU/SU
