Warm-up:
5 minute AMRAP:
4 Spiderman lunge
8 Air squat
8 Tuck up
16 Jumping jax
4 Bootstrapper
then 2 minutes to warm-up to a light front squat
WOD:
Every 3 minutes for 30 minutes:
7 Front squat (Build first 3-4 sets)
11 Lateral burpee over bar
15 V-up/tuck-up
*Scale burpee/v-up volume to ensure there is at least :45 rest per round.
