Warm-up:
10 Leg swing
200m Run
75′ Bear crawl
10 Bootstrapper
8 Lat pull
10 Ring row
10 Top down deadlfit
5 Tuck-up
5 V-up
10 K2A in plank
10 Shoulder tap in plank

WOD:
A) Every 3 minutes for 15 minutes:
7 Deadlift (building)
7 Weighted strict pull-up (Scale to unweighted, band assisted or ring row)

B)
Every 3 minutes for 9 minutes
15 Tuck-up
15 V-up
20 Knee to armpit in high plank
20 Shoulder tap in high plank
*Scale up by slowing down movements, scale down by reducing the reps to 10/10/12/12

Mobility:
:30 Child’s pose
:30 Sphinx pose
1:00 Lying knee twist
