Labor Day Schedule (Monday, Sept. 7): One class only at 9am!!! Also a reminder that the 12:30 class will be moving to a M/W/F schedule beginning Wednesday, Sept. 9th!


EMOM x 8 Perform 1 Squat Clean Thruster. Increase load each set.


8 minute AMRAP

20/16 Jumping Lunges (scale to regular lunges or increase difficulty w/ back-rack barbell)

10/8 T2B (hanging knee raise)*
