Partner WOD:
22 minute AMRAP

250/200m Row
*Choose a relatively light starting weight and increase load each set by 20lb men and 10lb women. Suggested starting load Rx- 95/65#, Scale I-65/45, Scale II-45/25.
P1 complete 5 HPCL & Row while P2 rests. Record load and time for each interval.
