LABOR DAY SCHEDULE for Monday, September 5: Thanks for your input! The majority has elected an 8 AM / 9 AM Schedule!

A) 10 minutes to build to a heavy 3 rep Overhead Squat

B) Every 2 minutes for 6 minutes (3 sets)
3 Snatch High Pull @ 90-100% of 1RM snatch

C) EMOM x 10
Snatch @ 78-85%
Goal is 3-5 % heavier than 080516
