B) Against a 10-minute running clock, for max reps:

15 Strict pullup (Band assisted strict pullup or negatives)
Run 150m
20 C2B pullup (Jumping chest to bar)
Run 150m
Max rep pullup (Band assisted or Ring row)

1:00 Lat roll w/ foam roller (left and right)
1:00 Angled child’s post (left and right)
