Happy Birthday Ty!

A) Every 3 minutes for 15 minutes (5 sets)
5 Back Squat (Increase load from 082019)
10 (Single DB lunge L&R + lateral box step over) (20/18″, 50/35#)

B) Every 2:30 for 10 minutes (4 sets)
14 Hamstring curls w/ feet in rings (Scale to banded leg curls)
14 DB bent over row (7 on each side, slow and heavy)

Mobility:
1:00 Lying knee twist
1:00 Straddle (L/R/Middle)
